It’s a beautifully sunny bank holiday Monday and everyone is taking advantage of the long weekend. It looks like the ideal summer scene but upon further inspection you’ll discover dogs being bathed in hot tubs and passer-by getting caught up in water fights.
Len Epstein was a self-taught cartoonist and illustrator based just outside Philadelphia in the US. His drawings are full of detail and funny characters, there are always lots of chaotic events going on.
