Mystery Puzzles

Mystery puzzles are greatly reduced and as such are not covered by our normal returns policy.

If for any reason, your order arrives damaged then we'll happily send you a replacement.

Personalised Photo Jigsaw Puzzles FAQs

It’s easy! Just choose your puzzle size and piece count, then upload your photo using our simple online tool. You can preview how your puzzle will look before placing your order.

For best results, use a high-resolution image with good lighting and clear details. Avoid dark, blurry, or low-quality photos – these won’t print as well.

Yes! Your photo will be displayed on the front of the box, along with any text you'd like to include. Whether it’s a birthday message, Christmas greeting, or something personal just for them, you can easily add your own words during the order process.

We offer a range of piece counts to suit every puzzler – from 200 piece beginner puzzles to 1000 piece challenges. Choose what works best for you or your recipient.

At the moment, we only support one image per puzzle. If you’d like to use a collage, we recommend creating one using a photo editing app before uploading it.

Personalised puzzles are made to order. We aim to get your personalised puzzle delivered within 5 working days and we’ll send you tracking details as soon as your puzzle is on the way.
