Can I choose the puzzle I want for each month?
Unfortunately no, we make brand new, exclusive jigsaw puzzles each month so all our club members receive a surprise jigsaw puzzle for every month they are subscribed.
Can I buy a Puzzle Subscription outside the UK?
At the moment we can only service the UK. We will update our page if that changes at all.
When are you sending out my puzzle?
We send out the puzzles on the 15th of each month. Delivery usually takes 2 - 4 days.
How do I cancel my subscription
Cancelling your subscription is easy! Simply log in to your account and click cancel.
When will I get my first puzzle?
Your first puzzle will be delivered 2 - 4 days after you place your order, your next puzzle will then be processed on the 15th of the next month and dispatched within 1-2 days.
When will I be charged?
When you sign up to an ongoing subscription, you will be immediately charged for your first month and we will send out your first puzzle within a couple of days. You will then be charged on the 15th of every month for as long as you are subscribed. (You will not be charged twice in the same month, so if you signed up in November, you will not be charged again until the 15th of December.)
