All Jigsaw Puzzle News - 2 November 2020
How are you all?
It’s been a few months since my last update. Things continue to be unsettling and we have found that more people than ever are finding solace in the humble jigsaw puzzle.
With this in mind we have been working hard to make as many jigsaw puzzles as possible as well as working with the major jigsaw puzzle suppliers to get as many jigsaw puzzles in as we can. We have doubled our workforce while implementing strict COVID rules in the warehouse and in our offices.
One of the many things I am grateful for (amongst all the horrible stuff going on) is that I work at All Jigsaw Puzzles. Here are 2 reasons.
The staff here are, quite frankly, bloody brilliant. Everyone continues to work so hard, despite us not having the usual summer respite and they genuinely care about getting it right for our customers. We aren’t perfect, but we are getting it right 99% of the time. The team are also being great at keeping each other safe, which is the most important thing.
Our customers are lovely. An example of this is how patient and caring you have been this year. We have received 100s of messages asking us to stay safe and to take our time. I have said this before, some of them brought me to tears. It has made me even more determined to ensure that we do everything we can to get jigsaw puzzles to as many of you as possible.
We also have lots of new customers who have discovered jigsaw puzzling this year. Hello and welcome. I hope jigsaw puzzles continue to bring you the solace and joy that you’ve found.
We are seeing more orders coming through now, so please continue to bear with us. I also suggest you get any Christmas gift buying in as soon as possible as we are expecting our postal services to also see a significant increase in orders.
I promise you that our little business based in Devon is trying our absolute best to get items out to you all as quickly as we can.
