  1. How much is delivery?



    FREE - Postage and packing is FREE on all UK mainland delivered. Orders to the Islands and Highlands can cost a little more due to the higher courier cost. As you checkout the postage fee will be clearly displayed.
    You can opt to pay £1.79 and have your order sent 1st class or Next Day delivery.



    We use Royal Mail orUKMail. All standard jigsaw puzzles are dispatched within 1 working day (personalised jigsaw puzzles take a few days to print, cut dry before they can be sent please see those pages for details)

  2. Want delivery tomorrow?

    We dispatch all standard jigsaws and accessories within 24hrs of ordering (Mon- Fri)

    Orders to the Scottish Highlands and outside the mainland UK do take longer to arrive.



    Please note that personlaised jigsaws that are made to order do take longer, please see the delivery times stated on those order pages.



    IMPORTANT - Please ensure the address you provide is 100% correct, full and complete with postcode. You will be sent an email after ordering that confirms your order details. Make sure they are correct. We are not responsible for orders lost in transit if the postcode or other parts of your address are wrong.

  5. Will my Details be kept Confidential?

    All details are kept strictly confidential. We do not sell or rent any details to any other party.
    When your order is processed, World Pay will have access to your credit card details which are processed on a secure site. WorldPay is used by some of the countries leading companies. They have their own strict confidentiality agreements. World Pay is the only company that will have access to your credit card details - we do not even have access to this information!

  6. What is your Returns Policy?

    90 Days - Under distance selling regulations you can return any items received within 7 days of the items arriving - you have a duty of care over the items during this period (however we are happy to extend this offer for 90 days incase you are buying them as a gift etc....). If you receive a jigsaw puzzle that is damaged or faulty please contact us so we can help. But if you receive a jigsaw that you don't like anytime in 90 days we will be happy to refund or exchange it providing it's not opened (excludes personalised jigsaws that are made to order)
