Thank you for your interest in the AllJigsawPuzzles.co.uk Affiliate programme. If you have a personal or commercial web site, you can start earning revenue from it now by linking to our site. You earn a percentage of all orders placed as a result of the link on your site. The percentages earned are as follows:-

11% - This is the rate paid for anyone who follows the link from your site to us and then places an order with us.

When signing up to our affiliates programme, you will receive an email which gives details on how to establish the links from your website and how to access our online affiliates system which gives an up to date listing of the revenue earned from your site.

Terms and Conditions

This programme is owned and operated by All Jigsaw Puzzles ("The owners") on the internet site AllJigsawPuzzles.co.uk ("The website").

1. AFFILIATE REGISTRATION

Any person owning or operating an internet site can apply to become an affiliate. Applications are welcome from both personal and commercial website operators. The Owners reserve the right to refuse or immediately terminate affiliate applications from any site they deem as unsuitable. This includes, but is not limited to sites that:-

Are not suitable for viewing by under 18's
Promote illegal activities
Use the AllJigsawPuzzles.co.uk brand or logo in a method not conducive to our business activities
2. PAYMENTS

All payments are made in UK pounds sterling.

Payment will be made for any affiliates earning £25 or more during a quarter. Any affiliate earning less than £25 will not receive a cheque. Instead, the revenue will be carried forward to the next quarter.

Payment cheques are distributed on a quarterly basis, being on on near 28th February, 30th May, 30th September and 30th November of each year.

Payment is in the form of a cheque from the owners and will be made payable to the payee name entered on the online application form.

Revenue is earned on all products on the website with the exception of gift vouchers and postage and packaging costs.

3. OPERATING CONDITIONS

By registering for this programme, the affiliate agrees to all the conditions shown in this document.

The affiliate shall represent the website and the owner in a fair and business like manner at all times.

Neither the owner nor the website shall be liable for any material on the affiliates site or the conduct of the affiliate.

Revenue shall only be earned as a direct result of a visitor following a link from the affiliates web site and placing an order with the owner in the same Internet session. The affiliate shall not be entitled to any revenue for any subsequent orders by this visitor should they go directly to the website bypassing the affiliates link.

The affiliate shall not make any claim either direct or inferred that they are employed by the owner or have any relationship with the owner other than that listed in this agreement.

The owners reserve the right to amend the referral rates paid without notice.

4. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

The owners reserve the right to immediately terminate the agreement with any affiliate in breach of the requirements defined in section 1 or section 3. In the case of an immediate termination, no notice will be provided by the owner and any revenue outstanding will be canceled.

Under normal circumstances, A notice period of 30 days is required by the affiliate or the owner should either party wish to terminate the agreement. In the event of the affiliate wishing to terminate the agreement, the affiliate should email notice to affiliates@AllJigsawPuzzles.co.uk.

Upon a normal termination of this agreement, no charge will be made by either party. Once the notice period has expired, the owner shall dispatch a cheque for any outstanding revenue within a reasonable length of time to the affiliate.

Upon termination, the affiliate agrees to immediately remove all material and links referring to the website.
